Jim Winstel

Jim Winstel is the Agency Managing Partner at Blue Chip Financial in Fort Myers, FL.

Jim began his financial services career in 1997 with Northwestern Mutual in Phoenix, Arizona. He immediately became a role model and leader in helping his clients effectively meet their financial goals, estate strategies and insurance needs for 17 years.  Jim, having grown up in Southwest Florida, decided to move his family back to Ft. Myers and was offered an opportunity to lead and develop a team of financial professionals at Blue Chip Financial of Southwest Florida.

As an Agency Managing Partner, Jim is focused on making an impact in the community and to attract and develop financial professionals who can flourish in a supportive team environment.  He enjoys building a team of individuals who are results-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.

Jim graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, and Finance. His licenses include FINRA series 6, 63, and 65.  He also has the FL 2-15 (life, health and annuities).  He finished his CLU program at the American College in 2016.  

Jim married his wife Ashley in 2004. They have 2 children Laura and James.  

Jim is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys water sports, camping, bicycling, hiking and sports activities with his wife and children.
